Warranty
All our jewelry is handcrafted with attention to detail. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your items.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Repairs
We offer repair services for any damage caused by everyday wear, mishaps, or accidents beyond the warranty period.
If the one-year warranty has passed, repairs will be offered at cost price, depending on the extent of the damage and materials required.
