The item you ordered may not be in stock, production time is up to 2 weeks in addition to shipping times.
If the item is in stock the order will be shipped up to 3 days from the order date.
Israel –
Local pickup from center Tel Aviv is available and free of charge.
Express delivery (3-5 business days) – 35 NIS (10$ USD)
USA, Canada, Asia, Central and South America –
Home delivery (7-14 business days) – 65 NIS (18$ USD)
Express delivery (3-7 business days) – 115 NIS (31$ USD)
Europe-
Home delivery (7-14 business days) – 50 NIS (14$ USD)
Australia and New Zealand-
Home delivery (7-14 business days) – 100 NIS (27$ USD)
All our items are delivered from Tel Aviv, Israel.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any local import taxes, duties, VAT, etc.
We ship through the Israel Post Registered Delivery service that provides a tracking code in order to follow the shipping itinerary.
PLEASE NOTE – As some of our items are made-to-order, production times may vary. Orders placed on our site will be processed within a maximum of 6 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are hand made and will vary slightly in size and color to the images displayed on the online store.
Please note that a handmade product will never look machine made, making every piece unique.
If you experience any issues with a piece you have purchased, please get in touch and we will resolve it in any way we can.
We provide a 5 month warranty on all gold plated pieces and offer a free renewal if necessary. If the gold plate is damaged after the warranty passes, you are welcome to send us your jewelry in order to renew the plating at cost price.
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your items. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.
We provide free returns with no shipping costs within 14 business days.
