Care
Always remove all jewelry before going to bed and before any strenuous activity.
Prevent jewelry from coming in contact with cleaning or beauty products (including perfume).
Do not swim, bathe or shower with your jewelry.
Avoid exposure to heat and moisture.
Do not store your jewelry in damp places such as bathrooms, instead shelter it in protected and dry surroundings.
Be gentle with the plastic plated jewelry. Do not try to peel or scratch the plastic.
Open rings, bracelets and collars are only slightly adjustable. Adjustments should be done very gently without using force or strain on the metal.
Keep in mind that different people have different reactions to metals. While some have strong reactions to brass, others have no reactions at all. If you have these reactions, we recommend purchasing sterling silver or solid gold jewelry.
Custom orders can be made in 9k, 14k and 18k gold.
Cleaning
925 Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes over time. To delay oxidation keep your jewelry away from moisture and water. To clean your silver jewelry use metal polish and a polishing cloth.
Gold Plated jewelry can be cleaned by gently wiping with a damp towel.
We provide a 5 month warranty on all gold plated pieces and offer a free renewal if necessary. If the gold plate is damaged after the warranty passes, you are welcome to send us your jewelry in order to renew the plating at cost price.
